Sue has been painting and sculpting animals in various mediums since childhood. As the hobby grew and commissions increased from office colleagues, something had to give.
In December 1997 she resigned, leaving behind the long daily commute to the office and started to sell her work professionally.
Look closely and you will discover that no paint has been used on the sculptures, they are all finished with a ’skin’ of coloured papers.
These small pieces of colour have been gleaned from hundreds of Sunday supplement magazines and make each piece unique.
