My name is Kerstin, I live in Germany and I'm a self-taught artist. I have drawn and painted pictures my whole life (with some long breaks), but started seriously a few years ago, when I attended a weekend course on perspective and technical drawing. Since then I'm trying to improve my drawing with every picture and I've learned a lot. I do watercolour and acrylic paintings sometimes but mostly I'm drawing with graphite pencils, coloured pencils and markers. I mainly draw photorealistic portraits, botanical pictures, landscapes and especially animal portraits.
