I'm a self thought, Germany based wildlife artist, specialised in pastels, acrylics and scratchboard techniques. I'm currently doing my biology master study and in addition to this I've been working as an pet portrait artist for some years now.

As far as I recall, there was an intimate familiarity with nature and animals, which taught me to perceive my surroundings with great care.

Nature is incredibly diverse and perfect in every detail. So I see my work as a tribute to the beauty and perfection that nature represents. In my works I want to show the importance of all things, however small, that are often overlooked - details that make up the whole beauty of nature.

I especially enjoy to create wild cat paintings and therefore I'm delighted to be a part of the Scottish Wildcat Project.
