I live in rural Aberdeenshire and originate from The Wirral. I have loved animals all my life and am lucky enough to have two cats, one dog, four donkeys, twelve Herdwick sheep and eleven chickens! I try to care for every living thing I am fortunate enough to come across. I began decorative painting back in the nineties and love this kind of art, and I still take commissions and teach a small class once a month. I have recently begun to paint more animals as I once painted a donkey and a hare and loved the fine detail. If my painting can give something back to conservation I am very happy.
